• Use the assets in client work, marketing materials, websites, and presentations

• Share the original files publicly or privately

Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the Merchant of Record.

Pricing, taxes, refunds, and payment processing are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy’s terms and policies.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If you experience an issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the products remain the property of Aconia and its contributors.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying assets.

Limitation of Liability

aconia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.

You are responsible for ensuring the assets are suitable for your intended use.
